With the aim to transform the company’s Technology and Operations department into a recognizable tech arm within RBC, the rebrand to Tech @ RBC was initiated to recruit technologists to consider a career at the company. With a focus on highlighting the company’s capacity for innovation, the ability that it gives employees to cultivate a sense of purpose, its desires to communicate how the company’s work had created real-world impact and the opportunity potential employees have for career growth an mobility, the deliverables emphasized these elements through creative outputs.
